FAQ
The ecosystem, clearly.
Do I need to leave eCamp to work with Lys Tourism?
No. It is the opposite: you keep eCamp; we connect a website that sends visitors to your eCamp booking page.
Do you take a commission on our bookings?
Your Lys Tourism plan shrinks the commission on your eCamp bookings: Booking → 5%, Signature → 0% — you keep 100% of your bookings. The more your site works for you, the less you pay per booking: often a single recovered booking per month already covers the subscription.
On the guest side, 5% service fees apply at payment (they cover card processing) — the guest pays them, not you.
Is it the same provider?
Yes. eCamp Québec and Lys Tourism are two brands of Alyson Labs Inc. — two complementary services (booking on one side, website and hosting on the other), but one contact to keep things simple for you.
What if I do not have online booking yet?
The entry tier also works with an email request form; we connect eCamp when you are ready.
What if I prefer you not to manage our bookings?
No problem — online booking is optional. You can take the website only (Presence tier), with an email request form, and keep managing bookings as you do now (phone, email, your own software). eCamp is never imposed.
What if we already have our booking system?
We adapt to your system. The “Book” button on your new site can point straight to the booking engine you already use — we do not touch what works. And if one day you want to simplify, eCamp Québec remains available in the same ecosystem.
Who owns my site and my data?
You do. Your content and data belong to you, are hosted in Quebec and aligned with Law 25. If you leave someday, you leave with your content — no lock-in.
