Lys Hosting is a trade name of Alyson Labs Inc. (NEQ 1182248063), a Quebec company that designs and administers its own infrastructure in Montreal. No front brand, no disguised reselling: the servers, DNS, email and support — that is us.

David founded Alyson Labs, then Lys Hosting, after seeing too many Quebec SMBs stuck between a host that blames the developer, a developer that blames DNS, and phone support that reads scripts. His takeaway: most web problems are not complicated — they are misdiagnosed, because nobody has the full picture.
That full picture is what Lys Hosting sells, at heart: the same team administers the servers, DNS and email, and knows WordPress and web development from the inside. When something breaks, we look for the cause. When things are fine, we maintain, back up and monitor.

Our status page is public, our SLA is quantified, and we do not display fake counters or invented testimonials. If we cannot prove it, we do not write it.
Prices that do not lie
The listed price is the paid price, at renewal too. Teaser rates that triple on the second invoice are a tax on trust — we want none of that.
